Qualifications
Keystone

must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. Salaried employees must
possess a bachelor’s degree or significant industry experience of a similar
responsibility level of the particular position.
Selection Process
Following
the initial application and review of qualifications and experience, selected
candidates will be interviewed for character, dependability, and conscientiousness.
Successful interviewees will then be hired for a probationary employment period
of ninety days. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the successful
candidate will be considered a member of the permanent staff.
