Laboratory
Position available for an experienced chemist or assistant
with experience in analytical and microbiological testing, familiar with the compounding
process and the formulation of personal & hair care products. Qualified candidate
must possess excellent written, verbal and computer skills, work independently
and exhibit proven leadership qualities and be familiar with Good Manufacturing
Practices.
Compounder
Position available for an experienced compounder of health
and beauty lotions, shampoos & creams. Must assist with formulation testing
and delivery of product to the production floor and be familiar with Good Manufacturing
Practices. Must be able to lift 90 pounds, load and unload chemicals from tankards
& trucks. Qualified candidate must possess good math verbal and written skills.
Valid driver’s license and forklift operation experience helpful.
Mechanic/Material Handler
Position available for an experienced Mechanic/Material Handler
with their own tools experienced with fluid manufacturing operations including
fillers, cappers, labelers, coders and facilities maintenance. Qualified candidate
must possess proven mechanical skills along with good organizational, math, verbal
and written skills and be familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices. Experience
operating a forklift, maintaining warehouse organization, filling orders and accurately
completing paperwork in accordance with quality control standards is required.
Sales Manager
Keystone Laboratories, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of ethnic
hair and skin products based in Memphis, TN. Best known product lines include
Ultra Glow Skin Products, Better Braids and Better Locks hair products and K7
Oil Moisturizer and Hair & Scalp treatments. We distribute internationally
and utilize a narrow network of distributors, brokers and major retail chains.
Our consumers find our products at salons, major retailers and beauty supply stores.
Available to the selected candidate is an exciting opportunity
to lead the Sales, Advertising, Marketing and Promotional campaign for the Company.
You and your staff, along with our broker network, will be involved in the creation
and implementation of sales growth programs with existing and new national accounts.
Our goal is to expand and increase the Keystone Family of Brands position in the
marketplace. Your responsibilities will include: Align your departmental goals
with Keystone’s strategic and operational goals, develop pricing and distribution
strategies to meet the needs of the marketplace, maintain sales relationships
with major customers, direct and lead the broker network, initial product development
concepts, both develop and implement marketing, merchandising and advertising
efforts for the Company and participate with other managers in corporate goals
and strategies meetings.

including base salary, commission and bonus based upon personal, departmental
and corporate success with a full benefit package.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience in marketing, promotion
and sales in the health and beauty consumer products industry at the distributor,
beauty supply and national chain levels.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, meet sales budgets and develop and implement
promotional activities
- Demonstrated ability to manage a departmental cost center within a budget
- Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a staff of sales/merchandising professionals
in the health and beauty consumer products industry.
- Demonstrated ability to create win-win situations designed to advance Keystone
while enhancing the conditions of the customer.
- Demonstrated ability to provide written directives to sales and broker staff
pertaining to sales calls, merchandising activities, promotional sales activities,
information gathering, reporting.
- Demonstrated outstanding written and oral presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet objectives through effective decision making
- Sufficient computer skills to develop professional sales and management reports
and presentations
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability and willingness to travel as much as 70% throughout the U.S. and Europe
- Dedication to Company GMP, SOP and management policies
- Commitment to timely formal communication at all levels of planning, monitoring,
supervision, organizing and interacting to assure effective cooperation and coordination
with other managers, customers, vendors and associates.
- Meet requirements of reference check
- Willingness and ability to relocate or spend not less than 1 week per month
at the Corporate headquarters in Memphis, TN
- Possession of a valid driver's license and safe driving record
